Regulatory Solicitor (Newly Qualified)

Regulatory Solicitor, NQ- 3 Years PQE, Birmingham, £47,500+ (DOE) - Due to continued growth, my client is seeking a highly motivated and talented Solicitor to join their Regulatory team. JOB REF:9185.

A new opportunity for a Solicitor with up to 3 years PQE to join a leading Regulatory team, focusing on Health & Safety, Motor Crime, and Inquests. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of cases, from complex regulatory investigations to inquest hearings and high-profile motor crime matters.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Advising clients in Health & Safety, Inquests and Motor Crime
• Supporting clients in inquests and inquiries, managing all aspects of the case from initial investigation through to representation at hearings.
• Drafting legal documents, including legal opinions, statements, and submissions.
• Managing client relationships, ensuring exceptional service, and maintaining high professional standards.
• To assist with business development initiatives including delivering training, networking and preparation of articles.

SKILLS REQUIRED
• A qualified Solicitor with up to 3 years PQE in Regulatory law
• Experience in Health & Safety, Motor Crime, and/or Inquests is desirable
• A keen interest in regulatory work with a proactive and solution-focused approach.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage a busy caseload and work under pressure.
