Employment Solicitor, 6+ Years PQE, Berkshire, £Competitive Salary (DOE) - We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Employment Solicitor with 6+ years PQE to join a leading Employment Law team in Berkshire. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a broad range of complex and high-profile employment law matter. JOB REF:9151.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Providing expert legal advice on a wide range of employment law matters, including unfair dismissal, discrimination, redundancy, and restrictive covenants
• Advising both employers and employees on HR-related issues, including policies, contracts, and grievance procedures
• Drafting and negotiating employment contracts, settlement agreements, and redundancy packages
• Providing strategic guidance on complex employment disputes and risk management
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Supervising junior solicitors and contributing to the development of the team

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• A minimum of 6 years PQE in employment law with a strong track record of managing complex cases
• Strong knowledge of employment law, including recent developments and case law
• Excellent advocacy skills and experience in representing clients in employment tribunals and courts
• A client-focused approach, with the ability to provide clear, practical, and commercial legal advice
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and manage client expectations
• A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving positive outcomes for clients
