My client is seeking a talented and driven Residential Conveyancer to join their dynamic team specialising in New Homes. JOB REF: 9115

As a Residential Conveyancer in the New Homes team, you will play a pivotal role in managing a full and varied caseload, working with a wide range of clients, including developers, homebuyers, and housing associations.

SKILLS REQUIRED
• A minimum of 5 years' post-qualification experience within residential conveyancing, with a strong focus on New Homes and related areas.
• Excellent technical knowledge and the ability to manage complex legal matters with confidence.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and colleagues.
• A proactive and organised approach to your workload.
