Private Client Solicitor, 6+ Years PQE, Shropshire, £Competitive Salary (DOE) - You will be joining a team who is committed to providing personalised solutions in wills, trusts, and estates, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes professional growth and client satisfaction. My client is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor with a minimum of 6 years' post-qualification experience to join their valued team. The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload encompassing all aspects of wills, trusts, and estates, while actively engaging in business development initiatives to expand our client base.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage a comprehensive range of private client matters, including the drafting of wills, establishment and administration of trusts, and the administration of estates.
• Provide expert legal advice on complex tax planning, inheritance tax, and estate planning strategies.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring exceptional service and identifying opportunities for further assistance.
• Actively participate in business development activities, including networking, seminars, and marketing initiatives, to attract new clients and enhance the firm's reputation.
• Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Stay abreast of developments in private client law, ensuring compliance with current legislation and best practices.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
• A minimum of 6 years' PQE in private client law, with a strong focus on wills, trusts, and estates.
• In-depth knowledge of tax planning, inheritance tax, and estate administration.
• Proven experience in business development and client relationship management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide clear and pragmatic advice.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a varied caseload efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Experience in mentoring and developing junior staff members
