The work is diverse and varies in deal sizes and there are potential opportunities to get involved in some international work as well as gain exposure to the breadth and depth that is corporate matters across a range of sectors. THE CANDIDATE:
As a Corporate Solicitor, you will play an integral role within the highly regarded corporate department. You will provide expert legal advice to a wide range of corporate clients, including SMEs, large corporations, and high-net-worth individuals. You will work on a diverse mix of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures
