Commercial Property Solicitor (Director), 5+ Years PQE, £65,000+ (DOE), West Midlands – This is a great opportunity to join a leading regional law firm with an opportunity to undertake a high calibre caseload. JOB REF:9023.

• Applications are sought from Commercial Property Solicitors with a minimum of 5 Years PQE looking to secure a new challenge in their career.
• As the appointed Commercial Property Director, you will advise on Commercial Property transactions and provide support to corporate & commercial colleagues in the sale and purchases of businesses operating from commercial premises.
• You will be responsible for assisting, conducting and managing various Commercial Property transactions including leases, sales, purchases and re-mortgages with registered, unregistered, leasehold and freehold commercial properties.
• Previous experience of supervising and mentoring more junior members of a team would be advantageous.
