Job Description

RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCER, 3 + YEARS’ EXPERIENCE, NORTH YORKSHIRE/ HYBRID, up to £45,000 per annum. A well-established firm is seeking an experienced conveyancer to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a hybrid role, and for the right candidate, the firm is open to accommodating part-time hours. JOB REF: 8692

•The firm is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to handle a diverse caseload of residential property transactions from inception to completion, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.

•You will be liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other parties involved in the conveyancing process.

•The firm offers flexible work arrangements for this role, including hybrid options and part-time hours.

•Applications are open to qualified Solicitors, Legal Executives or Licensed Conveyancers with at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role.

•The ideal Legal Professional will possess strong organisational and communication skills and thrive in a collaborative team environment to achieve practice area goals.
