PROFESSIONAL INDEMNITY SOLICITOR, 5+ YEARS PQE, LIVERPOOL, UP TO C£85,000 DOE – Join market-leading law firm offering flexible working options and work/life balance policies. JOB REF:8523

• Handling a caseload of professional indemnity matters you will join a team that defends claims against a wide variety of professionals, insurance policy coverage, insurance disputes and claims relating to construction and property damage.
• Specifically, you will focus on claims relating to the construction sector, assisting on major, ground-breaking cases as well as managing your own matters with minimal supervision.
• The successful candidate will have at least 5 years' PQE advising insurer and defendant clients on construction related profession negligence matters. An understanding of policy coverage would be a distinct advantage.
• You will be a proactive team player, able to act commercially and strategically.
