Employment Solicitor

Employment Solicitor, 3+ Years PQE, Bedfordshire, £50,000 - £70,000 (DOE), Part-time working would be considered - A new opportunity for an experienced Employment Solicitor to join a leading firm handling an exciting caseload. JOB REF: 8386.

• The team acts for both employers and employees, but with an emphasis of providing support for employers across all aspects of employment law including business immigration.
• Applications are sought from Employment Solicitors with a minimum of 3 Years PQE in contentious and non-contentious matters.
• You will be responsible for a varied caseload of employment law including TUPE advice, due diligence, drafting and negotiating the employment aspects of the transaction documents including the warranties and indemnities in the sale agreement
• You will organise business development activities including writing articles, participating in webinars and networking
• You will require exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
