• This busy firm in the North West are currently looking for an ambitious Corporate Solicitor to take on a varied caseload of matters
• Applications are sought from Corporate Solicitors with between 1-3 Years PQE gained in another leading national or regional law firm.
• You can expect to be working with senior colleagues on all aspects of corporate transactions, as well as reorganisations and various agreements.
• This highly reputable team has an enviable list of clients from a range of industry sectors and you will have client contact from day one.
• You will have strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with a focus on ensuring the best support to clients.
