Commercial Property Solicitor, 5+ Years PQE, West Sussex, £Competitive Salary (DOE) – An exciting new opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join an established and busy property team based in West Sussex. JOB REF: 8264.

• Applications are sought from Commercial Property Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE gained with another reputable law firm.
• You will be responsible for managing all aspects of commercial property transactions, including sale, purchase and letting of both freehold and leasehold properties.
• There will also be a small amount of residential property matters.
• You will possess excellent, innovative and effective business development skills and a sound knowledge of all commercial (and residential) property procedures.
• The ability to meet demanding deadlines is essential whilst offering a measured, rational and commercially focussed approach to problem solving.
