About the Role
Are you highly organised, detail-driven, and passionate about delivering exceptional service? Join our team as a Client Services Co-ordinator, where you'll play a vital role in supporting recruitment operations and ensuring smooth, accurate service delivery to both clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Write, post, and update job adverts in line with client needs.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records using our applicant tracking system.
  • Provide timely and professional communication to candidates and hiring managers.
  • Support the Account Team with all recruitment and administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate candidate onboarding, compliance, and induction processes.
  • Collaborate with our Shared Service Centre to ensure seamless service.
  • Assist with payroll queries, holiday tracking, and reporting.
  • Produce weekly reports and recruitment statistics.

What You'll Bring
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
  • A calm, professional approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience in high-volume administration or recruitment support.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data systems.
  • A commitment to confidentiality and GDPR compliance.

Qualifications
GCSEs or equivalent in English and Maths (Grade C+ desirable)
