Warehouse Operative

Job Title: Production Operatives
Location: North Newton EX20
Pay Rate: £12.21 Per Hour
Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 16:30 (Flexibility on start times available)
Duration: 5 weeks

We’re currently recruiting Production Operatives for one of our clients during their busy period, North Newton (EX20). This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy hands-on work and can commit to the full assignment duration, with the possibility of ongoing work.

Key Responsibilities

• Picking and packing products accurately and efficiently
• Handling items typically between 7–12kg, with some items weighing up to 25kg
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Following site processes and instructions

About You

• Comfortable with manual handling and lifting
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
• Able to work Monday–Friday for the shift times listed
• Previous production or warehouse experience is beneficial but not required
