Salary: £28,000 + (DOE) plus desk commission & Benefits

We’re on the lookout for a Recruitment Consultant to join our friendly and fast-paced team at Pertemps Recruitment Group in Lincoln. If you’re confident, people-focused, and ready to take your career up a gear, we’d love to hear from you!

What’s the role all about?

You’ll be working closely with our clients – finding the right people for the right roles and keeping everything running smoothly. From interviewing, arranging assessments, planning work schedules and new business development, to building strong relationships with clients and candidates, you’ll be right at the heart of it all.

• You’ve got great communication skills and enjoy working with people
• You’re organised and can handle a fast-moving workload
• Experience in recruitment is a bonus – but not essential
• Most importantly, you’re a team player with a great attitude
