Production Operative

Pertemps Lincoln are currently recruiting for an award-winning manufacturer based in Horncastle who are looking to grow their production team. Our customer is an expert in their respective field and are a leader in the packaging industry. We are looking to recruit Production Operatives to assist in the running of machinery and helping in the day to day running on the factory.

Full training shall be provided to those who need it however, if you come from a similar working background, this will be advantageous and will help your application.

 
What will I be paid?    
The hourly rate starts at £11.44 per hour. This then rises after a successful probation period and after successful training.

 
What hours will I be working?
You working week will be Monday to Friday and there will be 2 shifts you will be asked to work.

• AM Shift: 6AM to 2PM
• PM Shift: 2PM to 10PM

What will my duties be?

• Running machinery and other production equipment
• Prepare, pack and label products
• Inspect materials and finished products
• Identify and report any faults with machinery

 
What skills & experience do I need?

• Previous experience in packaging, assembly, or factory work is often preferred.
• Basic knowledge of production machines or willingness to be trained.
• Ability to stand for long hours, lift materials, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of workplace safety procedures
