Handyperson/Caretaker

Handyperson / Caretaker (CSCS Required)We are looking for a reliable Handyperson / Caretaker to support day-to-day site operations in St Neots.
Duties will include:

• General handyperson and odd jobs around site
• Keeping internal and external areas clean, tidy, and clear
• Hedge trimming and basic grounds maintenance
• Checking in deliveries and ensuring materials are stored correctly
• Assisting with minor repairs and routine maintenance
• Supporting site teams as required

Requirements:

• Valid CSCS card (essential)
• Experience in caretaking, maintenance, or similar role
• Good health & safety awareness
• Able to work independently, reliable and punctual

🕗 Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm
💷 Pay: Approx. £16 per hour
