Are you a confident and experienced Project Manager ready to lead the delivery of a high-profile, commercial scheme?

We’re working on an exciting new project— a high end refurbishment project. This project follows the successful completion of works in the same area, and it represents the next stage of a larger, long-term development plan.

👷‍♂️ What We’re Looking For:

A Project Manager with strong technical capability and the leadership presence to drive the site forward independently. This role requires more than just boots-on-the-ground supervision—you'll be client-facing, deeply involved in programming, and expected to coordinate closely with the QS team and supply chain.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

Lead site delivery from preconstruction to completion

Develop and maintain project programme, coordinating subcontractors and trade packages

Act as the primary point of contact for the client, design team, and site personnel

Identify and advise on buildability and value engineering options

Maintain a clean, safe, and high-quality site with a focus on sustainability

Foster long-term relationships to secure future phases of work

✅ Requirements:

Proven experience as a Project Manager on commercial schemes

Skilled in programming and trade coordination

Comfortable operating independently and managing project delivery end-to-end

Strong communication and client management skills

SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid at Work required
