🔧 What You’ll Be Doing
  • Designing electrical systems including lighting, power distribution, and emergency back-up systems
  • Producing calculations, technical drawings, and Revit/CAD documentation
  • Conducting site surveys and liaising with contractors, clients, and internal teams
  • Ensuring compliance with UK standards (e.g., BS 7671, CIBSE)
  • Supporting project delivery—tracking schedules, budgets, and quality control
  • Collaborating closely with mechanical engineers and multi‑disciplinary teams
  • Staying up-to-date with technical innovations and regulations
  • Learning from senior engineers within a fully in-house consultancy structure


🧩 What You’ll Bring
  • Degree in Electrical, Building Services, or related Engineering discipline
  • 2–5 years’ experience in electrical design within building services consultancy
  • Proficiency with CAD, Revit, and electrical calculation/design tools
  • Good understanding of UK regulations and building standards
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Proactive problem-solving and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Full UK driving licence
