I am delighted to be working with a vibrant and forward thinking housing provider of open market and social/affordable homes, who are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Manager to join their Exeter office. 

Overseeing 3 projects ranging from circa 60 to 100 plus units, who will be experienced in managing medium to large scales housing sites, with minimal supervision. You will need to have a strong background in new build housing on behalf of a developer or housing contractor. You will be expected to visit sites regularly and split your time between the office and site.

Summary of Duties:

• To Control and manage the design process from planning application stage through to project completion
• Recommend and appoint external consultants
• Ensuring external consultant designs are built correctly in accordance with the design, budget and to a high-quality.
• To support the operational teams with sufficient and accurate information to progress sites in line with build programme.
• To provide technical support from inception to build and completion.
