My client who is a leader in Facilities Maintenance Services is looking for a Head of Projects to join their team. 

The Head of Projects will oversee the successful delivery of all projects within the organisation, ensuring they meet time, budget, quality, and safety requirements while driving commercial success and profitability. 

We are looking for a candidate with a strong mix of Commercial and Operations experience, alongside proven financial management skills. This role will require the successful candidate to work closely with both our Operations and Commercial teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget, while managing and supporting the Project Managers. 

Experience within Construction, M&E or Facilities Management is essential as well as experience in managing teams of people and leading cross-functional teams is also essential
