As a Customer Experience Team Member, you will play a key role in ensuring students feel supported, engaged, and part of a vibrant community.

What You’ll Be Doing:
In this role, you will provide a warm and welcoming front-of-house reception service, acting as the first point of contact for students. You’ll conduct flat viewings, carry out inspections, and lead sales conversations to support occupancy targets.

You'll also plan and run engaging events designed to bring students together, fostering a positive and inclusive environment.
