We’re seeking an experienced Field Sales Manager to manage a £1m+ turnover within the UK B2B market. This role focuses on generating new business, managing client relationships, and expanding sales territories across the UK and Ireland, with some international support.
Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales by securing new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts. You'll engage with customers to provide outstanding service while promoting products through client visits, presentations, and tailored solutions.
You will identify and target market opportunities, re-engage lapsed stockists, and ensure sales targets are met. Collaborating with internal teams such as sales, customer service, and marketing will be crucial to your success. Additionally, you will attend industry meetings, trade fairs, and events as required while ensuring financial controls are maintained with all customers.
Role Dimensions:
This role has no direct reports but involves managing a £1m+ turnover annually within UK B2B sales, with limited administrative support from Head Office.
What We’re Looking For:
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Proven B2B field sales experience with a strong sales track record.
- Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
- A highly self-motivated and results-driven approach.
- A strong interest in women's fashion and industry trends.
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel frequently.
- Competitive salary of £47,000 - £52,000 plus commission.
