Class 2 (Cat C) Bin Lorry Drivers

Pay: £14.04 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week + Overtime (paid at time and a half)
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Temporary ongoing – potential to become permanent with the client

We’re looking for Class 2 (Cat C) Bin Lorry Drivers to join a well-established waste management team based in Musselburgh. This is a great opportunity to secure ongoing work with the potential to go permanent.

The Role

• Driving a Class 2 refuse collection vehicle on set routes
• Working as part of a crew to complete daily waste collections
• Ensuring safe and efficient operation of the vehicle
• Assisting loaders when required

Requirements

• Valid Class 2 (Cat C) licence
• Valid CPC and Digital Tacho Card
• Previous experience in refuse collection or similar work is desirable but not essential
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious attitude
• Newly qualified drivers will be fully considered
