Job Description

We’re Hiring: Administrator
We are looking for a reliable and organised Administrator to join our team. This role involves carrying out a range of basic administrative duties, supporting day-to-day operations to ensure everything runs smoothly. Attention to detail is key, as accuracy in your work will directly support the efficiency of the wider team.
Key Responsibilities:
  • General administrative support (e.g., filing, data entry, responding to emails)
  • Answering telephone calls and directing queries appropriately
  • Updating records and documentation accurately
  • Assisting with scheduling and other clerical tasks as required
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in an administrative role preferred but not essential
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (travel may be required between sites)
  • Flexibility to work different shifts, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed
