Are you a Paralegal looking for a role where you can build on your experience and be part of a supportive, friendly team?

We’re working with a well-established business in Leicester who are looking to recruit a Paralegal to support their legal team. It’s a varied role where you’ll be involved in a mix of legal work and day-to-day support, giving you great exposure and the chance to develop further.

What you’ll be doing:
• Carrying out legal research and summarising findings clearly
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including contracts and pleadings
• Keeping case files organised and up to date, both electronically and in hard copy
• Supporting preparation for hearings, trials and meetings
• Liaising with clients, witnesses and third parties
• Assisting with general admin, including correspondence and document management

What they’re looking for:
• Previous experience within a legal environment
• Confident using legal systems and document management tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Organised, proactive, and with a good eye for detail
