This role involves working some weekends.

We’re working with a well-established business in Nottingham who are looking to welcome a confident and friendly Sales Advisor into their team. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys customer interaction and takes pride in delivering a great service while spotting opportunities to support customers further.
 
As a Sales Advisor, you’ll be right at the heart of the customer experience, acting as the first point of contact and helping customers find exactly what they need.
 
What you’ll be doing as a Sales Advisor:

• Being the first point of contact as a Sales Advisor, handling incoming enquiries over the phone and face to face
• Building strong rapport and really understanding what customers are looking for
• As a Sales Advisor, identifying upselling opportunities in a natural and helpful way
• Processing orders accurately and keeping internal systems up to date
• Supporting with day-to-day admin to keep things running smoothly
• Recording customer interactions clearly and accurately
• Working closely with the wider team to ensure a seamless customer journey

 
What we’re looking for in a Sales Advisor:

• Experience in a customer-facing or Sales Advisor type role (retail, customer service or sales background ideal)
• Confident communicator who enjoys speaking with people
• A proactive approach with a natural ability to spot opportunities
• Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable juggling different tasks in a busy environment
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
