We are looking for an experienced and reliable Paint Prepper to join a high-performing body repair team. If you take pride in your work and understand the importance of perfect preparation for a flawless finish – we want you!
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare vehicle panels and surfaces for painting
• Sanding, masking, and priming as per job requirements
• Mixing and applying primers and fillers
• Ensuring surfaces are clean, smooth, and ready for paint
• Working closely with spray painters and panel beaters to ensure workflow efficiency
• Maintaining a clean and safe work area

 
 What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in automotive paint preparation
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Ability to follow procedures and meet deadlines
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Knowledge of materials, tools, and prep techniques
• Valid driver’s licence preferred
