Job Title: Forklift Driver
Location: Stourbridge
Salary: £13.00 per hour (pay review after probationary period)
Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:00am – 4:30pm | Friday 8:00am – 4:00pm
Job Type: Full-time, Temp-to-Perm
 
We’re hiring on behalf of a leading manufacturer who is looking to add a reliable and skilled Forklift Driver to their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for a varied and hands-on role within a supportive, long-established company.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Operating a counterbalance forklift truck to load, unload and move materials safely
• Assisting with product assembly as part of the production process
• Cutting materials (training provided if necessary)
• Ensuring health and safety procedures are always followed
• General warehouse and production duties as required

 
What We're Looking For:

• Valid and in-date Counterbalance Forklift Licence (essential)
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
• Comfortable with hands-on tasks including assembly and operating machinery
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team

 
The Offer:

• £13.00 per hour to start
• Pay review after a successful probationary period
• Daytime hours with an earlier finish on Fridays
• Potential for a permanent role after the initial temporary period
