Production Operative

Job Title: Assembler
Location: Stourbridge
Salary: £12.71 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 4:00pm


We are looking for a motivated and reliable Assembler to join our team in a fast-paced production environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives under pressure and is driven to meet targets consistently.



Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble products accurately and efficiently to required standards
• Work in a fast-paced production environment to meet daily and weekly targets
• Maintain high levels of productivity and quality at all times
• Follow instructions and production schedules
• Carry out basic quality checks on finished products
• Keep workstations clean and organised

Requirements:

• Previous experience in an assembly or production role preferred
• Ability to work quickly and accurately in a target-driven environment
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
