Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 2:00pm

Pay Rate: £12.50 – £13.30 


 We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturing business based in Dudley, who are looking to add an experienced Powder Coater to their production team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone seeking stable, long-term employment with regular weekday hours.

 
Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing metal components for powder coating (cleaning, masking, hanging)
  
  
• Applying powder coating using electrostatic spray equipment
  
  
• Ensuring coatings meet quality and thickness standards
  
  
• Inspecting finished products for defects and consistency
  
  
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
  
  
• Following health & safety procedures at all times
  
  

 

 
Candidate Requirements:

• Previous powder coating experience is essential
  
  
• Good attention to detail and quality standards
  
  
• Ability to work to production targets
  
  
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
  
  
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
  
  

 
What’s on Offer:

• Monday to Friday working hours – no weekends
  
  
• Hourly rate of £12.50 – £13.30 (depending on experience)
  
  
• Early finish at 2pm every day
  
  
• Ongoing work with potential for a permanent position
