DBS Cleaner

Role: DBS School Cleaner
Location: Dudley
Hours: Monday to Friday- 2hrs per day (between the hours of of 3pm to 6pm)
Hourly Rate: £12.21per hour
Start date: ASAP

Are you a reliable and hardworking individual looking for part-time work in a welcoming and supportive environment? We are currently recruiting a Part-Time Cleaner in the Dudley area. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established school setting where your efforts will help create a clean, safe, and positive space for staff and students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out general cleaning duties in classrooms, corridors, toilets, staff rooms, and communal areas.
• Ensure all areas are cleaned to a high standard, following health and safety and infection control guidelines.
• Safely and effectively use cleaning materials, chemicals, and equipment.
• Perform routine tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and waste disposal.
• Refill consumables such as soap, toilet paper, and paper towels.
• Promptly report any maintenance, damage, or safety concerns to the site manager or caretaker.

Essential Requirements:

• Must have a minimum of 5 years of recent work experience in the UK.
• Must hold a valid Enhanced DBS check (issued within the last 12 months).
• Must be able to provide 2 recent UK-based employment references.
• Previous professional cleaning experience preferred, particularly within a school or educational setting.
