The Role:
We are seeking a talented and versatile Sign Maker to contribute to all stages of our sign production process. This hands-on role requires a keen eye for detail and a strong work ethic. While experience in the field is ideal, we are open to candidates who demonstrate relevant transferable skills and a genuine passion for the trade.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Sign Maker, your duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Assisting with the production and assembly of various types of signs, including fascia signs, built-up letters, lightboxes, and more.
• Accurately applying vinyl graphics to a variety of substrates, including vehicle wraps, windows, and panels.
• Operating large format printers and laminators, and ensuring high-quality output.
• Assisting with the installation of signs at client sites, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Cutting and preparing materials such as Dibond, Foamex, acrylic, and other sign-making substrates.
• Ensuring all signs meet our high standards of quality before dispatch or installation.
• Maintaining a clean and organised workshop environment.
• Working effectively as part of a team to meet project deadlines.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience in the sign-making industry is highly desirable, but not essential if you possess relevant skills and a strong eagerness to learn.
• Ability to use a range of hand tools, power tools, and workshop machinery safely and efficiently.
• Meticulous attention to detail and precision in all tasks.
• Ability to troubleshoot and find practical solutions.
• Capable of manual handling and working in a workshop environment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
