Internal Sales Support (Part-Time) – Join a Growing Business in Tamworth
Location: Tamworth
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00am – 2:00pm

Are you a strong communicator with a talent for relationship-building and a passion for customer engagement? We’re looking for an enthusiastic and organised Internal Sales Support professional to join our established Tamworth-based team. In this role, you’ll support Area Managers across a specific region in the UK and help drive business success.

Role Overview:
  • Lead Conversion: Follow up on quotations provided by senior leaders, using excellent communication skills to convert interest into confirmed business.
  • Customer Outreach: Proactively promote relevant services and divisions to existing and potential clients to maximise sales opportunities.
  • Warm Lead Engagement: Reach out to B2B prospects to confirm details and schedule follow-up calls or meetings with the Area Manager.
  • Client On boarding: Support new clients by sending welcome materials, brochures, and account information, ensuring a smooth introduction to our services.
What We’re Looking For:
  • A confident communicator with a friendly, professional phone manner and previous sales experience.
  • Organised, self-motivated, and results-focused.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office (training provided if needed).
  • A collaborative team player with a proactive attitude.
