Salary: £42,000 - £48,000
Rotating Shifts: 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm

We're recruiting an experienced Multi-Skilled Engineer to join a well-established manufacturing team in Dudley. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive engineer looking for long-term stability, great earning potential and the chance to develop their skills within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

" Carry out electrical and mechanical maintenance across a wide range of production machinery
" Complete planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and support reliability improvements
" Respond to breakdowns quickly and effectively to minimise downtime
" Diagnose faults using strong mechanical and electrical problem-solving skills
" Assist with continuous improvement projects, upgrades, and machinery optimisation

What We're Looking For:

" Recognised mechanical or electrical engineering qualification (NVQ, ONC, HNC or equivalent)
" Solid experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
" Competent with electrical and mechanical fault finding
" Knowledge of PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, motors or conveyors is advantageous
" Strong team player with a proactive, hands-on approach
" Ability to work rotating shifts
