We’re Hiring: Commercial Claims Handler - £15.40ph
Are you an experienced Claims Handler looking for an exciting new opportunity? We are recruiting on behalf of our clients based in Birmingham who are looking for someone to join their expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in claims handling within the insurance industry to thrive within a dynamic company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process insurance claims from initiation through to resolution.
- Communicate effectively with clients, claimants, and third parties to gather information and provide updates.
- Evaluate the validity of claims and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely claim settlements.
- Handle any queries or disputes regarding claims in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of all claims and ensure all data is up-to-date in the system.
- Ensure all claims are processed efficiently, meeting quality and service standards.
Skills and Experience Required:
- At least 5 Years Experience being a Claims Handler
- Experience working within the Insurance Industry
- Very good administration skills
- ACII/ CII Qualified
- Experience working for a commercial insurance agency
