Location: Birmingham, Edgbaston
Salary: £25,000

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing property viewings and liaising with potential tenants.
  • Coordinating move-ins and move-outs, ensuring a smooth transition for all parties.
  • Handling new stock, ensuring properties are marketed effectively and promptly.
  • Conducting property inspections and reporting on conditions.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors.
  • Ensuring compliance with all letting’s regulations and company procedures.
 
What We’re Looking For:
  • Previous experience in lettings, estate agency, or a customer-facing role (preferred but not essential).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Highly organised with great attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • A team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
  • A full UK driving license holder
