Are you a detail-driven Lab Technician with a passion for precision engineering? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading manufacturing organisation specialising in highly intricate component work.


The Role:
As a Lab Technician, you will be involved in hands-on inspection and testing of precision-engineered components. You’ll work in a controlled environment carrying out detailed measurement and analysis to ensure all products meet exact specifications.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Using vicrometers and other precision measuring equipment (micrometres, gauges, comparators etc.)
• Inspecting and testing small, intricate components to tight tolerances
• Recording data accurately and maintaining high-quality standards
• Supporting the engineering and production teams with measurement and testing requirements
• Contributing to continuous improvement and quality assurance processes

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience in a lab, inspection or precision engineering environment
• Hands-on experience using vicrometers / micrometers
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work on very intricate components
• Good communication, data recording and problem-solving skills
• A proactive mindset with interest in progressing within a growing business
