Graduate / Junior Infrastructure Surveyor - AssocRICS or MRICS
Hybrid/Flexible | Full Time | Permanent
£35K P/A + Car/Allowance

Just qualified as a surveyor and looking for a new direction?
This is a great opportunity for recently qualified AssocRICS or MRICS surveyors to kick-start their career in infrastructure. You'll join a friendly, supportive team working on exciting utility and infrastructure projects across the UK.

If you've trained in building, rural or commercial surveying but want to try a different direction - Our client will provide the support and training you need to build your knowledge in infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting infrastructure projects
• Leading meetings & conversations surrounding right of way and acquisition of rights
• Issuing CPO's (compulsory purchase orders) and Statutory Notices to landowners
• Helping negotiate and issue compensation to landowners
• Managing key relationships and site visits
• Getting involved in planning, project delivery and client support
• Learning from experienced surveyors and growing your skills fast

What's needed from you:

• Recently qualified AssocRICS or MRICS
• Willingness to learn and get stuck into the infrastructure environment
• Good communication and people skills
• Excellent negotiation and deskills
• Organised, professional, and keen to grow
• At times, you may need to navigate challenging conversations with landowners, so confidence in negotiation and conflict resolution would be beneficial
