Job Description

Part-Time Payroll Administrator

Join one of the UK's leading recruitment agencies as a Payroll Administrator, based in our dynamic Birmingham office in Edgbaston.

As a Payroll Administrator, you'll play a key role in processing weekly payroll for temporary workers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness, and supporting our invoicing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

: Process weekly payroll by accurately entering timesheet data
: Candidate and client compliance
: Liaising between clients and temporary workers
: Analyse timesheet hours for accuracy
: Enter temporary worker information into the system
: Answering incoming calls
: Processing holidays and leaver requests
: Handle payroll and invoicing queries
: Assist with general office duties such as filing, scanning and photocopying
:Use Excel, Word, and Email effectively for various tasks

What We're Looking For:

: Strong communication skills, with a professional and friendly manner
: Excellent customer service skills
: Ability to work efficiently in a busy office environment and meet deadlines
: Good time management skills
: Previous payroll experience is advantageous but not essential

Hours:
: Monday: 08:00 - 17:00
: Tuesday: 08:00 - 17:00
: Friday: 08:00 - 17:00

Salary: £12.21 per hour
