Job Description

Job Title: Automotive Prepper
Location: Tipton
Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Flexible)


About the Role:
We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Automotive Prepper to join our clients team in Tipton. This is a full-time, temporary to permanent position working within a busy automotive environment, preparing vehicles for painting and finishing.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Preparing vehicles and panels for paintwork
  • Sanding, masking, and priming surfaces
  • Identifying and rectifying minor imperfections
  • Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Requirements:


  • Previous experience as an automotive prepper or in a similar role
  • Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with workshop tools and equipment
