About the RoleThis position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with prior experience in a foundry environment to secure a long-term career. Starting on a temporary basis, successful candidates will progress to a permanent role following satisfactory performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating within the casting and foundry production areas
  
  
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and quality procedures
  
  
• Performing general foundry duties, including manual handling tasks
  
  
• Supporting specialist processes with on-the-job and structured training

• Previous experience in a foundry environment is essential
