Skilled Sheet Metal Worker – Wolverhampton | Up to £14ph | Day Shift

 

Are you a hands-on Sheet Metal Worker looking for your next opportunity?

 

We’re recruiting on behalf of a leading local manufacturing firm based in Wolverhampton, and they’re on the lookout for a skilled and experienced individual to join their day shift team.

 

What you'll be doing:

• Interpreting and working confidently from technical drawings
  
  
• Operating a range of sheet metal machinery on site
  
  
• Producing high-quality components to precise specifications
  
  
• Supporting the fabrication of heating and ventilation systems (experience in this area is a strong advantage)
  
   
  
  

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience as a sheet metal worker in a manufacturing or engineering environment
  
  
• Strong ability to read and work from engineering drawings
  
  
• Familiarity with various fabrication and forming machinery (press brakes, guillotines, etc.)
  
  
• A good understanding of duct work, heating, and ventilation systems (desirable but not essential)
