Our successful and well-established manufacturing company based in Stafford Park is looking for a full time temporary to permanent HR Manager to join the team and drive the employees and company forward.

Your responsibilities will all be aimed at ensuring the smooth operation and sustained growth of the organisation. This position involves overseeing various departments, which includes human resources, health and safety and operations, ensuring they work collaboratively towards the company’s strategic goals. By fostering collaboration among teams, setting performance standards, and guiding the implementation of corporate policies, this role plays a key part in shaping the company’s future.

You will me motivating and managing the performance of teams across different departments to ensure productivity and employee satisfaction, providing HR advice / mediations / conflict resolution, Payroll, Health and safety management and Recruitment including references, contracts, inductions. In this varied role you will also be managing training and development, managing annual appraisals, strategic planning, policy creation and reviews, negotiating and managing contracts with suppliers, and other external partners to secure the most advantageous terms.

You will make you follow compliance with legal and regulatory requirements to protect the company from potential risks and liabilities, driving innovation and operational improvements to streamline processes and increase efficiency throughout the company.

Hours
25-30 Hours over 5 Days – Flexible

Salary
£20.24 per hour
