Sales Administrator
Location: Salary: £25,000 – £27,000

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent, Day shift

Pertemps are recruiting on behalf of our Telford based client who are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support in a fast paced sales office. This multi faceted role involves a mix of administrative tasks, customer service, and sales support. You’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and delivering exceptional service to clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:
Process customer orders and manage data using SAP
Respond to customer and supplier inquiries via phone and email and resolve complaints and ensure timely delivery of products
Maintain accurate records and generate reports using Excel and Microsoft Office
Support sales functions and contribute to customer satisfaction
Strong communication and organisational skills required
Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic environment
