Our popular expanding food manufacturing company based in Stafford Park is looking for full time permanent production operatives, to join their busy team who are the heart of the business.
Primarily responsible for this role is the supervision and operation of the High care areas. You will be ensuring a safe working environment and satisfying all customer demands, to ensure that all members of the team follow company policies, and that Health and Safety regulations are being enforced to meet safety compliance and having good time management skills to ensure efficient running of production line to meet planned volume targets.
You will also be ensuring that food safety requirements are fulfilled, to ensure quality of product made meets customer specification and quality standards - with clear attention to detail of requirements. In addition you will be completing paperwork and any associated administrative tasks related to the production line, including updating records to show what has been completed and notes of any issues and giving clear guidance / instructions to line operators – act as a role model for best practice.

Hours

Rotating 6-2 / 2-10 shifts Monday to Friday 37.5-hour week

Salary
£13.36 an hour - Permanent, Full-time
