Job Description

Pertemps Manchester are recruiting a hire desk admininstator for our prestigous client based in Astley, we are seeking a detail-oriented and organized hire desk administrator to join the team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of hire services. The successful candidate will handle day-to-day invoicing and queries, manage communication with clients and the ground team, and assist with scheduling and reporting. This is a temp to perm position for the right candidate, a driving licence is essential due to the location of the role

Pay rate:
  • £13 per hour
Shift Pattern:
  • 08:00 - 17:00 
  • Monday to Friday

    Role
  • Receiving incoming hire enquiries via telephone and email
  • Liaising with customers and our management team
  • Producing hire quotations
  • Preparing hire documentation
  • Receiving and processing incoming off-hire requests
  • Scheduling transport for both deliveries and collections
  • Daily preparation of driver’s paperwork
  • Liaise with other depots to source kit when necessary
Skills
  • Professional manner with good communication skills
  • Proficient in data entry with good IT skills
  • Ability to work within a team to ensure highest levels of customer service is delivered
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
