Warehouse Operative - Permanent Role

Location: Banbury, Oxfordshire Salary: £26,220 per annum Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:15 PM (40 hours per week)

About Us: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Operative to join our clients team in Banbury. Our client is committed to providing a supportive and dynamic work environment where you can grow and thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling incoming and outgoing goods efficiently and accurately
• Operating a counterbalance forklift truck
• Ensuring the warehouse is kept clean, tidy, and organised
• Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times
• Assisting with stock management and inventory control

Requirements:

• Valid counterbalance licence
• Previous experience in a goods in/goods out role
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills
